Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani, Chak De India, Swades, Pardes, Dil Se, Veer Zara, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham, Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jaenge. Almost every film of Shah Rukh Khan has a message – a message which in one way or the other forces you to think about your nation, to fall in love with your country and take pride in being an Indian. A message that inspires you to love your countrymen and to live peacefully together. Talking about Shiv Sena on the other hand, I just ask one question – have the Thackerays or a single man in the Shiv Sena ever done something or said something that gives a message of patriotism? Peaceful living? What's that? They even don't know. Instead, they make every possible effort to spread hatred (by separating Marathi Manoos from other people), violence and draw a line within the country – line that separates an Indian from another Indian.
SRK got married to Gauri Chibber, a Hindu, in a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony. I read an article on a website in which SRK says “he strongly believes in Allah, and he also values his wife's religion. His children follow both religions. The Quran is being situated next to the Hindu deities.” He's a man who follows two religions, who doesn't believe in petty issues like caste, creed, religion. And Thakreys – they talk about their Marathi Manoos. Their men have shown the full extent of cruelty by beating, harassing, exploiting the non-Marathis living in Mumbai. Shameful!
In 2005, SRK was awarded Padma Shri, India's fourth highest civilian award from the Government of India. He has won N number of awards for his contribution to the film Industry of India. He has also been honoured by the Life Magazine as the most watched actor on planet. He has earned reputation and fame worldwide and has made our India proud. On the other hand, Thackerays are famous for their wrong doings and psychic talks. Reputation? Excuse me! They have any? How many awards does Raj, Bal and Uddhav Thackeray bag? Any one deed of theirs that have made India proud? Nah!
Being an IPL team owner, it is Shah Rukh's right to say anything related to the teams and the players. As a citizen of India he has a freedom of speech and expression. And what he said was not at all wrong. This is an another face of DIRTY POLITICS...why do they drag sports and entertainment into politics? Why only the players are banned? Has anyone banned the Pakistani Channels in India? Has anyone banned the Lahore-Amritsar bus?
The editor of Sena mouthpiece Saamna, Sanjay Raut said in a recent statement: “We are ashamed that Shah Rukh was born in India.” How shameful? For your kind information Mr Raut, SRK was born to a father (Taj Mohammad Mir) who was a prominent Quit India movement activist. So tragic and sad that the Shiv Sena, which didn't do anything for India during the freedom is asking SRK to leave India, whose father was a freedom fighter.
Famous as King Khan, Shah Rukh Khan is indeed a KING as he wears Taj (his father) over his head. The truth is crystal clear. We all love you Shah Rukh and all the Indians love you (except those poison-tongue cowards, who sit in Mumbai and do nothing). Aakhir SRK ka Dil Hai Hindustani...SRK ne Chak Diya India!
